Miss Jenn is found out to be a fraud by the management, so it is likely that she is going to be fired. The cast knows that they cannot make it without her, so they need to do everything to make her stay.

Once you have lied to someone, it is hard for them to trust you again. Trustworthiness is one of the most important qualities that you look for when getting along with others. Almost everything is built on top of it. If there is no trust between people, things will start to rip apart.
