High School Musical: The Musical: The Series E10 - Not all couples are meant to be together

Ricky suddenly quits performing in act 2, because he just cannot accept the fact that his mom is with someone else already. Ricky does not want to ruin Nini's opportunity of getting in the boarding school, so he asks EJ to take up his role. Though EJ does not mind taking up the role to perform with Nini, he is not the one that Nini wants to play with. Nini only wants Ricky to play Troy, so he invites him to perform together anyway. It comes so suddenly, but they have definitely killed it. The show has finally come to an end, but Ricky does not want to stop seeing Nini, so he confesses his love to Nini again.

It is so heartwarming to see them get back together. Ricky finally has the courage to express his love to the one he truly loves. They have been through ups and downs together since they were young, so they are meant to be. This is such a long overdue!
