High School Musical: The Musical: The Series S02E08 - I don't wanna feel safe

Both North High and East High are informed that they have to suspend the rehearsal for a week as a punishment. It's the career week, and all of them have to do an aptitude test to predict what they are going to become when they grow up. From the test result, Big Red is perfect for working in service industry, which is exactly what he wants to do in the future, working at the pizza shop with his family. Ashlyn doesn't seem to like the result. She wants him to be in Paris with her instead. After knowing what Big Red wants, she makes it up for him. As they don't have rehearsal this week, Miss Jenn asks Benjamin to help her shoot a short commercial for auditioning. Miss Jenn reveals that she has put brakes on the relationship with Ricky's dad, so Benjamin should be back in the game. EJ is told by his dad that he has got into Duke, because he made some calls for his son. EJ doesn't feel right, so he wants to talks to his cousin at her house. Ashlyn is out at that time, so EJ tells Gina that he doesn't feel right about it. Nini and Ricky haven't really talked since Nini becomes instagram-famous. In the pizza shop, Nini confesses that she didn't come back to Salt Lake for him. She has already been in Salt Lake before he asked him to stay. Nini later invites Ricky to her treehouse, a hideout for them in childhood. Nini wants something more and Ricky doesn't want to hold her back, so they agree to break up. Kourtney is still mad at Howie hiding his real identity from the very beginning, but he just wanted to let her know his true colors before revealing everything. He sings her a song to tells her his feelings.

It's sad that sometimes people go out of sync when the things around start to change. When we can't find a common ground to compromise, breakup could be the only solution.
