High School Musical: The Musical: The Series S02E12 - I guess we are literally on the same page just for a moment

The show is finally over, and the cast pulled it off. Big Red went missing during the show. Actually he was secretly preparing a gift for Ashlyn. Ashlyn is surprised when she receives the gift. Kourtney runs into Howie in the hallway, and she asks why he was being weird the whole time today. He reveals that he was stunned by her performance, and it takes time for him to process that feeling. Nini and Ricky finally write something on the card and the content is so similar. It's like they are finally on the same page. After what Gina's brother told to EJ, EJ wants to cancel the date and suggest going to the party instead. Gina is upset about being dumped, and Nini comes to comfort her. EJ asked his dad to recommend Mr. Mazzara so that he can get a place in doctoral robotics program, and he is grateful for what EJ has done to him. Ricky gives Miss Jenn his blessing to date his father, because she is the one who can make his father happy. Mr. Mazzara confesses his love to Miss Jenn and tells her she could be the reason to make him stay. Lily drops by the party, but she is not welcomed by the cast. Lily confesses her love for Ricky and she just wants to let Ricky know that everyone deserves a second chance. After the party, Ricky gives her a call. Gina sees the potential of Nini, so she links Nini and her brother up. After knowing EJ was mistaken by the words Gina's brother told him, she asks him to be her first kiss. The cast thinks they already won and they don't need an award, so they tell Miss Jenn. Miss Jenn is relieved and agrees to drop out of the competition.

We have different goals in our life, and sometimes we may outgrow them. As long as we are happy for what we have, we don't need anything to prove it.
