Love, Victor S03E07 - You have to do what's right for you

Victor is informed by his coach that he is getting a bravery award for being brave and open. Victor wants to be awarded for his talent but not his sexually, so he is going to take it. Victor starts dating Nick and gets invited by Rahim to do a double date with his new boyfriend. At the dinner, Rahim thinks Victor should take the award and speak up for how proud he is, because he deserves it. When some guys laugh at Rahim for how girly he is, he claps back immediately while Victor just doesn't want to make a scene. Rahim thinks Victor is not true to himself when it comes to his sexuality. Victor wants to show the school that's who he is, so he decides to take the award. Benji still cares Victor, but Victor pushes him away saying that he is giving mixed message. Benji was about to drink, but he goes to AA meeting instead. He shares his feeling about Victor and wonders if leaving Victor was really good for him. Benji wants to make up but when he visits Victor, he only sees Victor making out with Nick.

Mia and Andrew travel together to visit Mia's dad and her new brother. Andrew misses the opportunity for him to get into a college, but he still chooses to go on this trip with Mia. Mia misses her family too much, so she kinda wants to move to live with her family. After learning that Lucy is going to move away after graduation, Lake feels like the relationship has an expiry date. She consults Felix and she decides to enjoy the rest of the time with Lucy. However, Lake doesn't know how to deal with this relationship anymore, so they break up.

Timing in relationships can be very crucial. When you think you are ready to pick up where you left, your partner might be seeing someone already. Do not take it for granted that your old partner will wait for you even if you think you are on a break. It also sucks that when you have a wonder relationship but you also have everything planned out for your life before meeting that someone. Are you going to give up your partner or your dream?
