Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist S02E07 - Seeing you all have the moment is the moment for me

The grand opening of Max and Mo's restaurant is coming up soon, so they are all excited about it. The day before the opening, a fire marshal comes in and spots that some of the facilities have violated the code and warns that the restaurant cannot be open to the public without addressing all the problems. Luckily, they manage to fix all the problems within a day and have their grand opening as planned with just a bit of delay.

Zoey did stargazing with his dad before, they promised to see it once again next time. Though her dad is not here anymore, she still wants to recreate the moment by herself.

After being dumped by Joan, Leif has a hard time. It takes some time for him to get back in the game. He recently matches a woman called Kaia online, and they have good text exchange. However, Leif is nervous to meet her in real life. He did ask her out one time, but she bailed on him, and Leif thinks that she did it intentionally. Zoey feels that Leif was overthinking, so she persuades him to give her one more try.

Zoey's brother, David is now the one to take care of the baby, but his life without work seems a bit dull for him. Zoey feels that he wants to drift away from what he is singing, so she asks David to stop by Aiden's house sometime. David used to be in a band, and he is a good keyboard player, so he has fun jamming with Aiden's band. David wants something more than jamming with them occasionally. He wants to join Aiden's band as a keyboard player, but he gets rejected because of his age. David is down, but he does not give up easily, so he goes and finds them one more time telling that how good he is and he might brings some gigs to the band. All the band members agree and he is in.

Zoey loves helping people, because she treats everyone with kindness. With the superpower of hearing other's feelings, she feels like it is necessary for her to go for extra mile. When she knows David wants to break free, she suggests him to drop by Aiden's house sometime. When knowing Leif is having a moment because he is not sure whether to go out or not, she talks him into it. It turns out Kaia is not really in love with him, she just wants to work in his company. Zoey tries to solve other's problems even before they reach out to her. All the words she said and the advices she gave are sincere, but they might not be useful all the time. However, even she messes up, she will still try to fix the problem. Over the last few weeks, Zoey has been relying on her friends and family to solve her emotional problem, so she does not want to be other's burden once again. However, that is not what friendship is. Friendship is built on trust and respect. If one needs help, the other one will be supportive and always be there for him/her. Friendship should two-sided, where they support each other mutually.

so... Take it all in and remember, you can never recreate the memory of this night, so, uh, don't try. Just... enjoy the moment cause... you can never get it back again.

Because I'm tired of being a burden, and... You guys are always there for me, and I just... I don't want our friendship to be one-sided.
